COURT HOUSE · TRACK 2
A REVOLUTION YOU CAN DANCE TO

BREAK THE DOCKET

“Fill every bench, stand side-by-side.
Watch the revolution happen live.”

No riots. No bloody civil war. Just music, dancing and a courthouse packed with people who remember the government works for us.

01
FILL THE HOUSE
Houston’s Harris County runs one of the biggest court systems in the nation. We fill its courthouse to the max with a peaceful dance party: every seat, every bench, every fire code kept.
“Packed to the threshold, holding the line. Can’t call a docket when the house is pinned down.”
02
THE ROCKET DOCKET
All it takes is one case on the rocket docket to overturn Bradley v. Fisher (1871), the ruling that judges can’t be sued even when they act maliciously or corruptly.
“Servant to the sovereign, rule by consent. Not by rex non potest peccare.” (The king can do no wrong.)
03
PARTY IN COLORADO
Once the government is back in its proper place, we don’t need the Houston courthouse anymore. We take the party to Colorado and celebrate.
“No room to spare. The court is grasping for air. Hold the line. Let our freedom shine.”
OUR POSITION
The government is the servant of the people
The people are sovereign. We can put the government back in its place peacefully, with our voices, our feet and the right “peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
