The Supreme Court, 8 to 1, let Virginia sterilize Carrie Buck against her will. Justice Holmes: “The principle that sustains compulsory vaccination is broad enough to cover cutting the Fallopian tubes.” And: “Three generations of imbeciles are enough.”

More than 60,000 Americans were sterilized under laws like it. The Court has never overruled Buck v. Bell.

YOUR AIR: 50 U.S.C. § 1520a

Congress barred the Secretary of Defense from “any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population.” Then it wrote the exceptions. The ban “does not apply” to tests for medical, agricultural, industrial or research purposes, for protection against these weapons, or for “any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.”

The law requires informed consent from each test subject. Read it yourself and decide what those exceptions leave open.

YOUR CHILDREN: CPS AND FAMILY COURT

The Supreme Court calls a parent’s right to raise their children “perhaps the oldest of the fundamental liberty interests” (Troxel v. Granville, 2000). Yet federal law (the 1997 Adoption and Safe Families Act) pushes states to move to end parental rights once a child has spent 15 of the last 22 months in foster care, and Washington pays states for foster placements and bonuses for adoptions.

Our position: CPS and the family courts are tearing our families apart, raising children who are weak and ready to serve the government instead of standing with their families.

Judges can’t be sued, even when they act maliciously or corruptly. That is how the people ended up serving the government. Petition. Speak up. Bring them home.
